I recommend Arthur’s expertise and dedication in delivering the Decision-makers’, Adult facilitator’s and Youth leaders’ workshops. He asked us what our staff wanted to cover which was training on ‘recruitment and motivation’ to support student leaders on active transportation. It was a good reminder for us when he described the Orsini’s model, that the process of youth engagement is not usually a linear process. Many tools with concrete examples and interactive exercises have helped us Why youth engagement? Because young people are experts on their own problems. With us as adult allies, youths can mobilize and have the ultimate goal of safe walking and cycling to their high school. Thanks to Arthur, the community of stakeholders got to exchange ideas, facilitating our approach with our students.
