Whether you're planning an international youth conference or starting up a bike crew in your middle school to reduce traffic congestion, we've already worked through the process and we can help you.

Together with student leaders as young as 4th Graders, you can cultivate the skills of child and youth leaders to affect change in your community. Through a process of recruitment, motivation, collaboration, skill-building, achieving goals and recognition your youth leaders will move forward to;

raise awarenss - environmental game shows, cycle-in-the-rain fashion shows, etc.
generate opportunities - slow bike race, walking groups, etc.
dismantle barriers - bike maintenance workshops, walk-route-planning, etc.
reward 'good' behaviour - walk'n'win, bike prizes, etc.

He asked us what our staff wanted to cover which was training on ‘recruitment and motivation’ to support student leaders on active transportation.
